Part of my assignment is to staff the kayak shed. We have to sign out oars and life jackets to everyone. It’s a super easy job and an opportunity to read a book.
One day I saw Wilford coming with his family so I called Paul to come see him. Wilford works security at the Seattle Temple so we’ve been friends for many years. All of his family was having a great time on the lake.
When everyone goes home the kayaks and canoes are locked up and calm returns to the lake.

This Wasp-Hornet-Yellow Jacket trap attracts from the top and the bottom, depending on the season. It is so effective that I drive around camp emptying them out every day.
